    After getting very close to his grandfather, also Ludwig, Beethoven, at only three years old, was devestated to learn that his grandfather had passed away. He then asked for his most prized possession, a portrait of his grandfather.

    Created by George Mason and George Washington the FCMA was free of British law. They were now independent. The group itself consisted of less than 100 men.

    At this point in his life Ludwig grew tired of the dull piano exercises that his father had been making him do. When Jan realized that Ludwig was beginning to bore of the same old exersises he quickly finds another instrument for his son to play, the violin.

    In 1781 young Ludwig hears the music of an organist from outside of the cathedral. When he went in to listen he even went as far as to ask the organist, Mr Van den Eeden, to be his new teacher, thankfully the old man agreed to do just that!

    In the year of 1782, Ludwig, who was just 12 years of age at this point, made his very first friend. Franz Wegeler rescued Ludwig from being beaten and bullied on the school playground and for everyday after that day Franz would walk Ludwig home from school.

    Ludwig, now 17, had always been dreaming of going to Vienna to further his career in music and finally he got the chance!

    While living at an inn in Vienna Ludwig receives a letter from his father. The letter states that his mother is extremely ill and that Ludwig must come home at once. His dreams shattered, he returns home to poverty, which seems to have gotten worse since he left.

    On September 25, 1789 the bill of writes was submitted by Congress, leaving us to claim our rights. Rights that we know today such as the right to remain silent and the right to bear arms.

    In 1792 Ludwig is summoned to appear in front of Count Ferdinand Von Waldstein.When oerforming he had forgotten to prepare any mousic at all, and improvised during the performance, yet still impressing the Count.

    Papa Haydn, Ludwigs teacher at the time, was the first to break the news to Beethoven about how musicians were really nothing more to the kings and queens but servants. Ludwig found himself jealous of the royalty, and went out into the musical and social world to find someone of royalty to be his equal, Prince Lichnowsky.

    In the early days of 1798 Bethoven began to hear a ringing in his ears occasionally and started to notice that he could barely hear. It was a great tradgedy for Beethoven but dispite the loss of his hearing he continued to make more and more music. The closer he grew to complete silence the more music he hurried to write before he became completely deaf.

    Beethoven, almost thirty now, was intending to move to a small village a few hours away from home and had sent a driver with his things there to wait on him to arrive. Unfortunately Beethoven let time slip away and the driver, tired of waiting, dumped his things in the middle of the square and left before Beethoven arrived. When he did arrive It was to find that all of his music was scattered about and blowing in different directions, leaving him outragged.
