1996-Nokia 9000 Communicator
In 1996 the first ever smartphone series was released by Nokia powered by Intel 386 CPU. -
2001-Ericsson T39
In 2001 the Ericsson T39 was released to the public and was the first Bluetooth-capable mobile device. -
2002-Sanyo SCP-5300
In 2002 the first camera phone was released. Even though of its bad quality pictures it was still the first of its kind. -
2007-IPhone
In 2007 the original iPhone came out it had many new features that hadn't been seen before. -
2014-IPhone 6
The iPhone 6 was release in 2014. It has a bigger screen of 4.7 inches and contains 38 percent more pixels on its screen than the iPhone 5s.
