    Abbreviated as the Civilian Conservation Corps, the CCC was a place for young men to be recruited after unemployment from work. The work was for forests, parks, and fields.

    The WPA was a plan by Franklin Roosevelt in order to dissolve the Great Depression. It employs many job seekers that need to find a job to gain money from.

  • J.J. Braddock Wins Heavyweight Boxing Title

    At the Madison Square Garden Bowl, J.J. Braddock wins the championship for the Heavyweight Boxing tournament. No competitor stands in his way.

  • Olympic Games in Berlin

    In Berlin, the Summer Olympic games is open for athletes from other countries. This was a success for the Nazi government.

    Referred to as the Night of Broken Glass, Kristallnacht was when the Nazi soldiers infiltrated a lot of jewish businesses, and even deported many Jews to concentration camp.
