  • A) John Locke comes up with the three rules of life.

    As a person you are born with your; life, liberty, and property. If any of these are taken away, or violated, you are no longer a person.

    Montesquieu wrote that there should be a separation of powers. That government should look like executive, a legislative, and a judicial, each of those should have powers, and “check” each other.
