Jacques Sauniére is dead
Inside of the Lourve Jacques is shot by an albino assassin that has killed the other three mebmers of the Priory. He then is able to escape Silas and leave a message for his grandaughter Sophie. -
Langdon investigates
Captian Fache of the DCPJ has requested Langdons help on this case and he tells Langdon he needs help whith understanding the symbolism but really he is their prime suspect. Langdon is told this by agent Neveu" Jacques grandaughter" who then proceeds to help Langdon escape Fache. -
Saint-Sulpice
Silas the albino has gained intel from the top Priory members that the key stone is located in the church under the rose line. There he finds a stone tablet that contains a bible verse on it, that verse read "Hitherto Shalt Thou Come, But No Further"( Job-11). Silas was enraged by this and when the Nun of the church was killed trying to stop him. -
The Mystery Begins
Jacques has left many clues inside the Lourve and there first clue has led them to the Mona Lisa where they find a key behind the Madonna of the rocks. They they leave the Lourve because Fache is on his way back to the museum. -
The Key
They find an address on the key that leads them to the bank of Zurich. There they use the key to open a saftey deposit box but are set back when they have to figure out the pin code wich tuns out to be the Fibonchi Sequence. Inside the box the find a small wooden box with a rosed engraved on the top and a cryptex inside of it. -
Escaping the bank
The police show up at the bank and the President Andrew Vernett has decided to help langdon and sophie escape. He loads them into an armored truck and drive them far away and stops in the woods. There Vernett tries to take back the possesions of jacques but is unable to and langdon and sophie drive away. -
To Teabings
After escaping Vernett Langdon decides to vist an old friend Sir Leigh Teabing. "The Sprawling 185-acre estate of Chateau Villette was located twenty-five minutes northwest of Paris"(Brown 221). There Teabing welcomes Sophie and Langdon in because of his vast intrest in the Holy Grail. -
An unexpected visitor
Teabing and Langdon are both educating sophie on the grail history, While Sophie tries to determine if they should let Leigh in on all they know. Then Silas shows up at the house and gets Teabing at gun point but Teabing is able to incapacitate silas and they are able to tie him up. -
The London Flight
Collet starts to storm Teabings house so his servent Remy drives them threw the backwoods in Teabings Range Rover. They have found out that they need to go to london and what better way than Teabings private jet. They are able to board and take off from the airport with no issues thanks to teabings vast wealth. -
The Cryptex opens
On the plane ride to london they are able to figure out the code to the cryptex "In Acient Greek, wisdom is spelled S-O-F-IA" (Brown 321). They find another clue inside that leads them to a temple church, But first they have to make an extreme manuver at the airport to escape the polices apprehension. -
The Temple Church
They go seeking a clue at the church but have found out they have gone to the wrong place. While in the crypt the albino has them at gun point and is trying to get them to hand over the cryptex. But with langdon threating to smash it Remy appears out of the shadows and kidnaps Teabing and takes the cryptex with him. -
Kings College
Sophie and langdon have decided to keep searching for the grail because they know thats were Teabing will end up with Remy. They decide to go to Kings College to use their advanced data base to search for the tomb of a kinght. They get a lead and head to sir Isac Newtons tomb. -
The Teacher
Meanwhile the teacher has called an told Silas to go to the Opus dei in the area and rest and stay the night. After silas leaves Teabing joins Remy in the front seat and offers him a deadly drink of cognac with penut dust in that kills Remy in a matter of seconds and now there is no trace that Teabing is the Teacher -
Westminster Abbey
Teabing has gotten their first and can not figure out the code, so he decides to lure Sophie and Langdon to the church house so that they can help him unlock the cryptex. While in the church house langdon throws the cryptex in the air and Teabing drops his gun to catch it but it breaks in his hands. But it had already been open by Langdon and Teabing was takin away by Fache. -
Family Reunion
The clue leads them to a church were Sophie is reunited with her grandmother and brother and fought out the truth about her family that she is the decent of the royal blood line of Mary Magdalene and Jesus. Langdon then returns to the Lourve and neals before the bones of Mary Magdalene.
