    Sacco and Vanzetti were Italian immigrant anarchists who murdered a guard and a paymaster during an armed robbery of the slater and Morrill Shoe Company. July 14, 1921, they were convicted of 1st degree murder.

    Anne Frank and family escape persecution from the Nazi’s by going into hiding on July 6, 1942. They hid in an attic apartment in Prinsengracht, Amsterdam. Anne hid for 761 days until they were found and arrested in 1944.

    The Electronic Numercial Integrator And Computer was the 1st computer built to run at electronic speed without being slowed by mechanical parts. Mainly used by the Army to calculate wartime ballistic tables.

    Adolf Hitler commits suicide by swallowing a cyanide capsule and shooting himself in the head. He did this in an underground bunker in Berlin.

    Castro was a Cuban revolutionary leader of Cuba. He was a Marxist-Leninist and Nationalist, he was the first secretary of the communist party. He forced Fulgencio Batista ouf of power on January 1, 1959 and became the Prime Minister.
