a banker rented the first comercial set. the banker rented the telephones for the workers to be able to omunicate with eachother. these didnt work as well as the one that they later made years later. the bell company made it. -
butterstamp phones
they came up with new telephones called the butter stamp ause they looked alot like a butter stamp. It had a mouth piece that was also an ear piece. They called it this cause to many people it looked like a butter stamp .this came out in the 1878s. The bad thing with this phone was you could hear clicks and buzzes which made it hard to hear the other person. In order for you to call you had to crank a wore and the other phone would ring.the bell company remade this phone. -

the candled stick phone to 1920they didn’t work well. They fell off the hook several times during a conversation. They put dials on the phones. The ringing was still attached to the wall. This was improved by jean heiberg. -

Dreyfus made phones in color. dreyfuss made the phones in color. Now they had push buttons. Calls were faster. They came in the colors of black and there was a princess phone and it was mainly used by girls and woman the buttons glowed in the dark. -

Phones had no cords.1980 the phones had no cords. 1980s first cell phones. Calls were made from everywhere. You could make calls from town, the plane, store, even from a friend’s house.As th years went on the antenas got smaller untill there was no anterna. -

The first touch screen phones came out in the year 2000. I'm not sure what company made them. people thought that theses touch screens ere way cooler, than ordanadry phones. These were pocket size so people would carry them every where. -
iphone 1
The first iphone was made by Steve Jobs. The people wanted phone that could play music and make calls. then iphone started with an ipod but then people didnt want to be carring around and ipod and a cell phone. this phone couldnt do a lot of things that it does now. -

The company apple relesed a new iphone this year. the iphone now comes in color and it has been improved to work faster and more ablity to it to. from the first iphone to h last newest iphone a lot has changed. the iphnes get more expecive the better qualitty they are.
