His new technique failed. He pretended to be a cop and got a woman in handcuffs into his car. When he went to hit her with a crowbar she jumped out of the moving vehicle. Later that day he went to Utah high school and tried to convince a teacher and student to come to his police car. They refused. He then abducted and murder a 17 year old female student who was picking up her younger brother from school. -
