  • iTunes was Released

    iTunes was Released
    The creators were: Bill Kincaid, Jeff Robbin, and Dave Heller. iTunes is a media player that revolutionized the way people consumed digital media. The iTunes store soon became one of the internet’s premier marketplaces not only for music but also for music videos, TV shows, movies, apps and podcasts.
  • Blu-ray

    They were invented by Blu-ray Disc Association, a group representing makers of consumer electronics, computer hardware, and motion pictures. Blu-ray was developed for recording and playing back high-definition video and for storing large amounts of data.
  • Youtube

    Youtube was invented by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim. It is a website used to share videos. YouTube is currently serving more than 100 million videos per day.
  • Play Station 3

    Play Station 3
    Ken Kutraragi invented and came up with the ideas for not just the PS3 but also the PS1 and PS2. PlayStation 3 is a gaming console with killer graphics and plenty of multimedia support.
  • Smart Board 800 series

    Smart Board 800 series
    Smart Boards were invented by David Martin and Nancy Knowlton. Connected to computers, they offer whole-group access to colorful, educational websites, powerful assessment software, and teacher-made materials tailored to a class's needs. I've had some of these in my middle school classrooms.
