IMac all-in-one released

1998

First product released with leader Steve Jobs return with the company and was considered a significant step in apples returning from bankruptcy. Sold for about $1300 dollars and came in 5 colors with 32 MB of ram.

First camera phone was released

2000

Only available in Japan Sharp Corp released the first ever camera phone called the "J phone" and led to the quick release of the flip phone not only a month later.

First Apple Stores were opened

2001

First store opened in Tyson Corner Virginia and Glendale, California. Offering accessories, phones, computers, etc.

Roomba vacuum was introduced

2002

Used algorithms for cleaning and could detect and avoid obstacles. Its Co-Founder was Rodney Brooks who used research to focus on insect like reflexes to create purposeful behaviors.

Wii launched

2006

Specialized controller and accessories this console allowed users to play while interacting with the game and sold more than 100 million consoles worldwide.
