    People in Syria are attempting to flee their country because of all of the violence that is occuring in Syria. They try to flee accross the Lebanese border, but the Lebanese security forces are returining them back to Syria.

    The king of Saudia Arabia has demanded an end to the violence in Syria. This is a rare case because an Arab leader is interfeing aganist another. He says this because he doesn't agree with what is happening in Syria and for him it isn't acceptable.

    According to Obama, Assad must give up his power and leave office. He must resign because the people in Syria has showed they want democracy, but they had been answered by police and government brutality. The people should be the ones to determine the future of Syria, but Assad is in their way.

    According to an UN report, Syrian forces have commited crimes against humanity since the protests had begun. At least 256 children had been killed by government forces. Intreviews with 223 victims and witnesses was what the report was based on, but investigators were denied multiple times access to the country.
