    5 criminals broke into the Democratic National Committee Headquarters in Washington D.C. (On behalf of the president)

    President Nixon would not release the tapes to the Courts. He even made who requested the tapes to get fired.

  • Fighting Back

    The President and his team fought back against the government. They started to argue that this case cannot be heard in the court because it is the judicial branch trying to check the executive branch. Also that the President has powers that cannot be limited.

    It is revealed that Pres Nixon could have abused his power in other ways as well.
