    An IEP is a legal document an Individualized Education Program (IEP) that is created through a team of people who are knowledgeable about the child's needs. An IEP evaluation was is given to see where the child fits. Normally, IEPs are reviewed every year to keep track of the child's educational progress. The students specific goals must be met with the help of the accompanying members of the IEP team.

    Least restrictive environment (LRE) is role determines how specific special education services will be provided. An inclusive classroom can be a LRE.     Education for All Handicapped Children Act

    The Education for All Handicapped Children Act sometimes referred to using the acronyms EAHCA or EHA, or Public Law 94-142 was enacted by the United States Congress in 1975. This act required all public schools accepting federal funds to provide equal access to education and one free meal a day for children with physical and mental disabilities.
