  • Pennsylvania association for retarded children (PARC) vs. commonwealth of Pennsylvania

    this court case helped ensure that individuals with learning disabilities were not excluded from public schools. The outcome of this case determined the rights of disabled children. The state will no longer be allowed to deny a child access to free public education.
