Eckles read a sign that said, "TIME SAFARI, INC. SAFARIS ANY YEAR IN THE PAST. YOU NAME THE ANIMAL. WE TAKE YOU THERE. YOU SHOOT IT. " So he decides to sign up to join the time machine buisness. -
Into the time machine
Eckles was told a brief description of the rules on taveling back in time. He was happy to hear that Keith had won President of the United States. Then him and four others were in the time machine,Travis, the Safari Leader; Lesperance, his asisstant and Billings and Kramer two other hunters. It started at A.D. 2055 to A.D. 2019 then 1999 then 1957 and the machine launched. -
They arrived at the destination
They arrived at their destination and the first think they told Eckles was to not step off the path because it will change the way the future is. They told him that anything he steps on or destroys is an important link to the future. -
In search for Trannosaurus
Lesperance checked his wrist watch to see where the Tryannosaurus is because Eckles had asked. They informed Eckles that there would be red paint on the Tryannosaurus and minutes later it went silent and they new the dinosaur was near. -
Trannosaurus Rex
It came out striding legs, towered thirty feet above the trees, and delicate legs almost like its oily reptilian chest. Each lower leg was like a piston and it looked like it was protected by pebbled skin like a terrible warrior. The Tyrannosaurus was crashing into trees and bushes. Luckly for the men, the dinosaur had not spotted them yet. All Eckles could say was, "It... it. It can't be killed." -
The men have been spotted
The men had finally been spotted by the dinosaur and it stood up, letting the men notice the red paint on its chest. Lesperance had told Eckles to go back to the machine carefully because Eckles got terrified by the dinosaur. He was frozen on the spot because he was surprised how big it was and when he started walking back slowly he stepped out of th path not knowing he was. -
Eckles causes a problem
The guiders shot at the metallic eyelid of the dinosaur and like a mountain avalanche, it fell. Travis got super angry at Eckles for going against the rules and steping out of the path, that he threatened not to take him back with them to the future. So he told him that the only way he can come back with them is if he goes back to the dinosuar and digs for the bullets. Of course Eckles listened and went to go get them. When he returned, they lauched in the time machine. 1492. 1776. 1812 -
Arrived back to their time period
They had arrived back to their time period but Eckles suspected that something was different in the air. Eckles saw the sign he read at first when he was signing up for the buisness and noticed that the spelling was incorrect. He checked his boots and noticed that he had stepped on a glistening green, gold and black butterfly. He realized that the death of a little butterfly had changed the world. Travis raised his rifle, clicked the safety catch, raised it and then there was a sound of thunder.
