Silviano Carrillo was born in Patzcauro, Michoacan to Juan Carrillo and Librada Cardenas.
He was baptized the day after he was born in the Parish of Our Lady of Health.
Silviano Carrillo and his parents moved to Zamora, Michoacan when he was seven years old.
Silviano Carrillo entered the seminary at the age of ten.

The July 16, 1895 he was appointed pastor of Ciudad Guzman in Zapotlán Grande, Jalisco and with a heart of father and pastor gave himself to the good of his parish.
On July 18, 1901 a thief stole the tabernacle of the parish a sacred vessel some consecrated host.
The November 25, 1904 was born the Congregation of Sisters "Servants of the Blessed Sacrament", with the permission of the Hon. Mr. J. Jesus Ortiz
He died of a fatal illness and thus our dear Father Silviano went to answer Gods call in heaven.
