    In 1873, Sigmund Freud graduated from Leopoldstadt. He was known as a superior student in high school. After graduating, Freud decided to go to medical school, but first he considered law.     Anna Freud is born.
    Anna Freud, Sigmund Freud's last child, was born on December 3, 1895. His daughter followed his path and contributed to psychoanalysis. She wrote books just like her father, and had her own theories. Anna Freud also created the field of child psychoanalysis. This event is significant because she played a role in psychoanalysis.     Psychoanalysis.
    Sigmund Freud used the term "psychoanalysis" in 1896. Frued is known as the founding-father of psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis is a theory of how the mind works and it is also a treatment. He had many theories and some are still believed to be true.     Sigmund Freud's self-analyzation began in 1896. Frued analyzed his memories and dreams starting from his early childhood. This event is significant because his self-analyzation led to his theories.     His father Dies.
    On October 23, 1896 Sigmund Frued's father, Jacob Frued, dies at age 81. His fathers death affected him greatly. The two years that followed were the most creative of his whole life and it led to the writing of "The Interpetation of Dreams". This event is significant because if his father had not died Sigmund Frued might have never written "The interpetation of Dreams" which is known as his most important achievement.     The United States declared war on Spain on April 25, 1898. The Spanish- American war began because of an explosion that happened on the USS maine in the Havana Harbor, and they believed that the cause of the explosion was the Spanish. The war ended on December 10, 1898 with the signing of the Treaty of Paris. This event is significant to world history because Spain and America now have peace with eachother.     Sigmund Frued's book "The Interpretation of Dreams" was published on January 2, 1900. He considered the writing of this book his most valuable accomplishment. Frued did much self-analysis focused on his dreams and he decided to write a book on dreams. The writing of the book took two years and he finished it in September 1897.
