The 22-year-old actor was arrested on a suspicion of drink driving when his Ford pick-up truck collided with another vehicle at a junction in West Hollywood around 3am. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Scott Wolf said: 'It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.
LaBeouf was booked for a misdemeanour charge of driving under the influence. -

Twitter feud- Jim Carrey mocked Shia at an awards ceremony and Shia returned the favor via Twitter and called him out on his parenting skills basically calling Jim Carrey a deadbeat dad. He has since apologized. -
Bar Fight
Shia's bar fight-Shia Labeouf got into a fight outside a pub. It was apparently over a comment another patron made about LaBeouf’s girlfriend’s mother. -
Cabaret
According to police, he was smoking inside the Studio 54 theater and acting “loud and disruptive” during the first act of the Tony-nominated musical, which stars Michelle Williams and Alan Cumming. Law enforcement officials were notified and handcuffed him during intermission, escorting him out of the venue. He was formally charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing in a Manhattan court on Friday before being released.
