A member asked to audio record public meeting under Open Public Meetings Act. He was turned down by other members of Poverty Task Force, and told not to record the meetings

Member tried to audio record Public Meeting. Other members disagreed with his actions. One of these members left the meeting, resigning from the Poverty Task Force. This caused the Public meeting to be postponed indefinately, upon coming to a concensus on recording of the Poverty Task Force meetings
