    Scholars felt doubts in the accuracy of the traditional and thus mostly accustomed interpretation of the sacred “to be or not to be” not once. Quite evidently these doubts appeared at a students’ seminar on artistic translation in the process of word for word translation and its comparison with a variety of professional translators’ variants both in Russian and Ukrainian languages.

    The audience - pupils of the 7-9th forms of Kolyndiany territorial community. At the museum one can see some characters of William Shakespeare's plays with their attributes. These characters become alive when the visitors of the museum are approaching to them.

    VII Annual All-Ukrainian Contest of Shakespeare-related Scholarly Papers for Students and Young Scholars in Memory of Prof. Vitaliy Keis was founded in 2010 by the Ukrainian Shakespeare Centre under the aegis of theUkrainian National Women’s League of America. More than 100 people have participated in this event so far. Students of higher educational establishments as well as PhD students are eligible for participation. Jury panel includes an eminent Shakespearean scholar Prof. Irene Makaryk.
