He send off to Convalescent Camp at Alexandia. Some regiment are discharge because they have disabilities. Some are lying in the hospital. He was not feeling well because of diareha. He think the cause is when he drink to much aqueduct water. Sometime when he do nothing, he like to read and sometime write a letter. He want to transfer into a new quarter. So he spoke with surgen to ask him if he could transfer into a new quarter in order to get well.He was feeling better after his wouned heal.

They were marching through Nicholasville, across the Kentucky River at Hickman. They march 17 miles more and camped. It was raining and give him a hard time. They have a raw pork and hardtack.
May-7
It was a cold ranning day. He wish that they don't have to march until a good wearther but an order come told them to go. They march in muddy and pased through Lancaster. They marched about 14 more miles and camped.

They are racing between the reble. Who can get to the Knoxville. IT was a muddy day. Some soidier have to walk without their shose. He feel that he was lucky enough to have shose.
