    He published a famous book , " On the Revolution of the Heavenly Spheres".He was a mathematician that come up with the theory that the sun was the center of the universe and the planets revolved aroud the sun. Also the moon revolved around the Earth.The daily movement of the sun around the Earth was caused by Earth rotation on its axis and years were made by the Earth going around the sun.(pg. 513)
