Saul was anointed king by the prophet Samuel. God did not want the people to have a king but the people did. God gave the people what they wanted by he said by the end they wished they never had a king.

Saul made a sacrifice to God that only the priests were supposed to. When they destroyed the Amalekites, he was supposed to destroy everything but the army brought back the king and also sheep and cattle. The spirit of the lord was no longer with him and from this point on he kept disobeying God.

David is anointed king by Samuel in the presence of his brothers. Saul does not know that he is anointed, king. though David is now king he does not be respected like one and goes back to tend the sheep as a Shephard.

Saw was now jealous because the people were glorifying David more than him since he defeated the Philistines. Saw ordered his soldiers to kill him while he was sleeping but David tricked them into thinking he was sick. Jonathon warned him about Saw wanting to kill him so David fled into a cave.

Saw was fighting the Amalekites. The fighting grew fierce around Saul, and when the archers overtook him, they wounded him critically. Saul said to his armor-bearer, ‘Draw your sword and run me through, or these uncircumcised fellows will come and run me through and abuse me.’ But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it. his armor barrier also did the same. In just that one battle against the Amalekites saw and his three sons died.

There was a famine and Elijah needs food and water. So God lets ravens give Elijah food. There was also a creek, where he drank water from.

Elijah asks a widow for food. The widow only has one meal left. The widow gives Elijah her last meal. She then has food in her bowl forever.

Elijah goes against Baal on mount Carmel. So the people make a sacrifice to Baal and start cutting themselves. Baal does nothing. So Elijah makes and puts water on it. He makes a prayer and fire from the sky burns up the altar and everything around it. Then he kills the prophets of Baal.

Ben-hadad takes his silver and gold and children and wives. Ben-hadad wants to take everything from the kingdom from Ahab. God tells Ahab that he will win because Ben-hadad was mocking God. The Israelites with the battle. Ben-hadad wants to fight again. So God tells Elijah that he will win again. The Syrians fill up the whole plain. The Israelites strike down 100,000 Syrians in one day with their small army. Ahab makes a peace treaty with Ben-hadad. Gods going to strike down Ahab as Ben-hadad.

Ahab wants Naboth's vineyard. Naboth does not want to sell it. Ahab's servants get criminals to make lie's about Naboth. They stone Naboth. He gets a vineyard. God says because he did this his family will suffer and his wives will get eaten by dogs and another family will be eaten by birds.

Ahab wants a prophet from God to tell him if they will win the battle. Miciah is proficient that he will lose the battle. They lose the battle. Ahab is discretized as a prophet. The random guy is shooting arrows and hits Ahab. He dies in a chariot and the dogs lick up a puddle of blood as God said.

Ahaziah is fighting the ammonites because they did not want to pay a treaty every year. Then Ahaziah gets hurt. He sends 50 servants and Elijah a man of God burns 100 men. Then Elijah sends fire and kills Ahaziah

Elijah was getting old but Elisha followed him the whole way. He knew that he was gonna die soon and he will get his power. So before Elijah went to heaven, Elisha has a double portion of his spirit. Elijah goes up to heaven in fire chariot. Then Elisha went back and parted the river.

He did not worship Baal but worshiped the golden calves. He falls into the sins of Jeroboam. God tells them that they will win against Moab and the whole dessert will be filled with water. Moab sacrifices his only son to the god to that they can win the battle. Jehoram defeats Moab.

Boys harass Elisha and mock his bald head. So Elisha cursed then in the lord's name and two sheep bears come and kill 42 boys.

People find nice city but there is no water or food. So Elisha tells them to bring salt. He puts salt in the river and all land and food is profitable and good to eat.
