    A man, an unnamed high-class English game hunter, is tortured by a country's secret police.
    He is captured near the village of his leader, allegedly pointing to his dictator with a rifle, although he claimed that hunting is a sport and that he really was not going to shoot, because it was a sporting challenge.

    The English man manages to navigate the river until he reaches a port, where he gets food on a British ship and makes his flight well
  • Getaway

    Getaway
    Luckily the English man falls into a swamp and does not die. Severely wounded manages to hide in a tree and so it seems that he had drowned in the swamp and deceive the secret police.

    Already in London, the Englishman contacts his lawyer to fix his affairs. He thinks that the British state will not protect him for it involves his friends, so that these support in that he tells the truth
  • The persecution

    The persecution
    Leaving the lawyer's office is seen by enemy agents and is pursued to the London Underground station. There, the English man kills one of them pulling to an electrified lane. The English man buys a sidecar from a family and travels to the Dorset countryside, where he builds an underground hideaway
  • "Distract"

    "Distract"
    A month later, the English man is wanted by the murder of the man who pushed the electrified track and therefore decides to leave to distract the agents and again return to his hideout. But when he came back he found the enemy agents lying in ambush.
  • The Perfect Hideaway

    The Perfect Hideaway
    Fortunately he survived the ambush and realizes that although the enemy is very close they have not been able to find his hideout and therefore remained for 11 days.
  • The discussion

    The discussion
    When he goes out he realizes that the main enemy agent, Major Quive-Smith, is waiting for him. The agent blocks all the exits and tells the Englishman that he is free if he implicates the British government in the assassination attempt. During the discussion, the Englishman was given a ditch that his true intent was to assassinate the dictator because it was a vengeance of an ex-lover who was executed. But still the Englishman denies the confession.

    A "murderer killed"
    Quive-Smith kills the wild cat he had adopted in English, and so the Englishman gets very angry. Without realizing the agent gives a tool to English for his escape. The English kills the Quive-Smith with a bow and arrow created with the skin and trench materials.
  • Free from persecutions

    Free from persecutions
    Free of the persecutions of the agents, it flees towards Great Britain, turning to Tangier. Already there he publishes the manuscript of his lawyer next to a letter saying that he is prepared to return and finish the work
