    Robinson wants to go out to sea because he feels like there is nothing for him there in London. He asks his father for his permission but his father disagrees with Robinson and does not let him go. His father does not trust him to be out at sea and be able to accomplish anything.

    Robinson Crusoe goes out to sea
    Robinson decides to go against what his father said even though he was not allowed to go to sea. He still made plans behind his fathers back and was able to set sea. He was not at all experienced so he had trouble getting used to the rough waters and people.
  • Enslaved

    Robinson and his shipmates arrived at an island but Robinson was captured but so called, "Pirates". He was used as a slave for a couple of years. He did not escape slavery until about 2 years later with a boy named Xury that became close to him.
  • Arrives in Brazils

    Arrives in Brazils
    Robinson and xury, along with other shipmates, arrive at another island where a Portuguese trader is there to help. Robinson decides to sell Xury to the captain of the ship that they met and Robinson arrives in the Brazils without Xury.
  • Shipwrecked on island

    Shipwrecked on island
    Robinson's ship was struck by a hurricane and they ended up driving off course of their original path. They get closer to land and Robinson and the other shipmates decide to jump out of the ship. Robinson makes it to shore but is the only one that survives

    After the day of getting onto shore, Robinson sees that the ship he was in was still there near shore and decides to make a raft. He makes it in order to ride it to the ship and find useful things that were leftover. Throughout the whole month Robinson spends his time trying to get anything he can use from the ship.
  • Habitation

    Robinson was able to build his own tent and cave from the things he got from the ship. He continues to build it in order to make it stronger and sturdy enough. He is afraid that there will be animals or people that will try to destroy his home and attack so so builds a fence around it. He is also able to kill animals with his gun for food.

    Robinson gets very ill and it continues for many days and thinks he is going to die. He creates and tries different rememdies with tabacco and rum to make himself better. He also prays for help. He gets better after realizing he needed to be thankful for the help that was given to him by God.
  • Wild Life

    Robinson decides to venture the island and search for new things. He discovers new wild life and plenty of food and plants that he does not know of. He also finds a parrot and keeps it as company.
  • Thoughts to escape

    Thoughts to escape
    After four years of being in the island, Robinson has thoughts of trying to escape. He decides to make a canoe even when he has not thought of actually sailing out with it. He makes it but has trouble putting out in the ocean.
  • Cannibals

    Cannibals
    Robinson seas that a ship that had cannibals in them arrived at the islans. He decides to hide and make sure they do not know of him.
  • Another shipwreck

    Another shipwreck
    After a storm, Robinson hears gunshots and fire thinking there are more people on the island. He goes out to shore to find another shipwreck but no one is alive. However, he was able to find useful things along with bags of money which are quite useless to him.
  • Friday

    Robinson finds that cannibals come again. A fugitive comes to him and Robinson decides to take him to safety.
  • Mutineers

    Robinson and Friday see another ship coming and they plan to do something to them. Robinson, Friday, and the captain are face to face. However, the mutineers end up overpowering them and captures them.
  • Escape

    Robinson and Friday trick the mutineers and saying there is a governor ruling the island but grants them freedom of the island. Robinson takes everything such as him umbrella, parrot, cap, and relics with him. Robinson and Friday board the ship and and they leave the island.
  • Return

    Robinson Crusoe decides to return to his island to see how everything is. Him and Friday were able to find that their old habitation was still there. He decides to stay there for about 20 days to help all the people in the island.
