His father died on May 5, 1885. It was a pretty big event in his life. His father was a teacher. After the death their family moved to Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Robert Frost got married to Elinor White December 19, 1895. Elinor was a former schoolmate. Later they ended up having six children.

Robert attended Harvard University from 1897-1899. He studied philology, and never got an degree. He had attended Dartmouth College where he was a member of the Theta Delta Chi fraternity, before Harvard.

Mr. Frost,age 38, owned a farm and ended up selling it to take his family to England. He went there because he could focus on writing. This was a hard risk to take because they made most of their money with that farm.

September 7, 1929 is a very hard day for Frost. His Sister, Jeanie dies in a mental hospital. She only died at age 52. She was pretty young when she died.

Mr. Frost's wife dies on March 20, 1938. It was a very sad day for Mr. Frost . They were married for 42 years. She was 65 from a heart attack.

Robert earns Pulitzer in 1943. This is his fourth and final Pulitzer. He wins for his book "The Witness Tree".

Robert Lee Frost dies on January 29, 1963. He dies from complications from a prostate surgery, which is a cancer surgery. He died at age 88. Frost was buried in Bennington, Vermont. Robert will always be remembered as a great poet and writer. Till this day his poems and books still live on.
