Rob Dyrdek was born in Kettering, Ohio. On June 28, 1974. He lived with his parents Patty and Gene. He has an older sister Denise and is very close with his two cousins Christopher "Drama" Pfaff and Scott "Big Cat" Pfaff who are featured on his television shows.

Rob is Officially Introduced to Skateboarding
At age 11, Rob started his life long passion of skateboarding when professional skateboarder Niel Blenders gave his skateboard to Rob. This would be Rob's fisrt skateboard ever and it really impacted him and his near future with sakteboarding. He was a very determined kid who would skateboard for hours on end and wouldnt come inside unitl he was forced to. This event kick started a very exciting and successful career.

On Febuary 15th, 2009 the first episode of the popular MTV show Rob Dyrdek's Fatasy Factory is aired and premiered. This would be the start of something great, following up with at least six more seasons after the first. This is mostly what Rob Dyrdek is known for now a days because a lot of his fans are younger and they love this reality T.V. show which is still on the air and in it's seventh season right now. -

Street League Skteboarding is Founed
In 2010, Rob Dyrdek created Street League Skateboarding for skaters to become part of and to also spread awarness of the acceptance in street skateboarding. This was a huge impact on the skateboarding industry worlwide and instantly increased Rob Dyrdeks popularity in the industry as well. When Rob first founded the league he braught in a young kid to become part of it. It impacted the 16 year old Chaz Ortiz and kick started his young career just like Rob's was when he was young. -
