    What Are they: Formal taxation, taking every paper product colonists use
    Who initiated: British Parliment
    Where did they take place: American Colonies
    Importance: Angered groups of colonists (Gamblers, Lawyers, etc.) and furthered the quest for independence in America.
  • Boston Masscre

    What are they: British soliders fired and killed five civillians
    Who initiated: British Soliders
    Where: Boston, Massachusetts
    Importance: One of the most important events in turning colonists against King George III
  • Tea Act

    What are they: Act of the Parliment of Britian, attempted to reduce the massive surplus of tea
    Who Initiated: British Parliment
    Where: American Colonies
    Importance: Lead to the Boston Tea Party, frustrated Colonists because it seemed to contradict the Townshed acts.

    What are they: A political protest led by the sons of liberty, included dumping mass amounts of British tea into the Boston Harbor.
    Who Initiated: Sons of Liberty (American Colonist partiot group)
    Where: Boston, Massachusets
    Importance: Got Britians attention to the colonies, caused the Concilatory Reaction.

    Winner/Outcome: Colonial Victory
    Significance: Began the Revolutionary War

    Significance of Battle: Found to capture "Bunker Hill"

    Importance: Began the separation and war between Britian and America

    Winner/Outcome: Colonial Victory
    Significance of Battle: After suffering multiple loses, and on the verge of giving up, in this battle the Continental Army rallied, boosting the overal moral of the soliders.

    Winner/Outcome: British and American Victory
    Significance of the Battle: CLimax of the Saratoga Campaign, Two battles were faught, turning point of the War for Colonists.

    Significance of Battle: Pivitol Moment in the Southern Campaign, was a suprising victory and overall raised the Colonists morale.

    Significance of Battle: Lat major battle of the American Revolution, resulted in the Treaty of Paris, Declaration of Indpendence being recognized by the British
