Pawpine was born 1744 in Bondu which is located somewhere in West Africa. I choose this image because the image shows that the baby looks like Richard Pierpoint when he was young.

By the time he was sixteen he was captured by the Europeans then transported in in the middle passage for him to become a slave. I chose this picture because it shows what happened when he was capture.

He arrived at a slave market somewhere in Canada. He was then sold to a royal African company by Pierpoint, and then named Richard Pierpoint. I choose this picture because it shows how it looked like when he was sold.

Richard Pierpoint then joined the Canadian army and fought the American army for his freedom that he requests to King George the king that started slavery. I choose this picture because it shows the British which had Richard Pierpoint on their side fighting in their point of view.

At this time he left the army but at 1788 he was granted as a veteran if he ever comes back. I chose this picture because it almost looks like him except older.

The war of 1812 was a war for more. Pierpoint proposed to organize a Corps of Men of Color on the Niagara frontier. I chose this picture because it shows what happened to the British in their point of view.

This war was one of the deadliest and bloodiest wars on Canadian soil. Many black loyalists joined the war to continue their freedom. I chose this image because it looks like Richard Peirpoint is actually in this image.

He retired then builds a cabin which took four years to accomplish but he did it. He slowly became lonely and sad for a few years. He then died at the age of 93 in his retirement home. I chose this image because it almost looks like he lived here.
