    Dred Scott was a slave who sued the courts over his right to become a free person. The case made it all the way to the Supreme Court, they ruled that Scott never was a citizen, just property so he and every other slave, would remain a slave even in free states.

At first the Nixon adminitration tried to cover-up their involvement, but the outcome was the arrest of 43 top officials in the Presidents cabinet. Also President Nixon resigned from office, and was pardoned by Carter. The result of this scandal was a forever stain in America's historyl.

    This was a speech calling the Soviet Union leaders to tear down the Berlin wall, a widely know symbol for communism. And to also signify the start of accepting freedom. This would not happen right away, but when the tear down of the wall started, fomer President Reagan was there to see it through.
