    There will be free product samples of every plate the restaurant has. These samples will be distributed inside the building and small stations set up in parking lots of local stores. These locations will allow people to have familiarity with the restaurant inside and the parking lots will have the chefs approaching potential customers which will help reach large amounts of people and would give an interpersonal interaction.

    The traffic builder that will be used is free appetizers to the 1st 350 customers. I selected this form of promotional strategy because it will get if not 350 customers in the door it will get over 350 customers to come in and eat the food.

    The restaurant will have a contest of a table that is chosen if someone at that table can name the song playing will earn a week of free meals.
  • Coupon Plans

    Coupon Plans
    The coupon plan will award a customer for every 10 meals they buy the 11th one will be free. This will bring in more customers who would like a free meal and eat at the restaurant a lot.
  • Coupons

    Coupons
    A coupon for 15% off any meal between 12pm and 6pm. These coupons will be distributed by way of mail so that many people will receive them and will also be available to pick up at local stores.
