    The first event that I will do is a coupon plan that I will utilize where if they buy 100 coffees in the same month they will receive a gift card for $100 for our coffee shop. This will give the customers an incentive to buy more coffee and if they do eventually win the gift card they will have to come back to the restaurant even more.
  • Product Samples

    Early on I will be using product sampling to let people try our coffee because we are a new coffee shop and people don't know what our coffee tastes like yet. So every Saturday customers will get to sample little shots of our coffee right at the store's counter.
  • Coupons

    Another promotion that I will have will be the addition of coupons 20% any medium or large coffee all Saturday and Sunday, I chose these days because more people will be off of work on these days giving them more time so I have a chance of pulling in more customers. Plus, on weekends people sleep in so they will not need coffee so a discount might change their minds.

    I will have a contest in which people get one ticket with every medium coffee and 2 tickets for every large coffee, for a chance to get their name call for a raffle where we will hand out prizes like gifts cards and a coupon book for the restaurant, making them want to come back.

    I will use a one millionth customer contest where the winner will win free coffee for the whole day. This will not only get people come to get coffee more often but will make more people want to come in getting new customers.
