We will give everyone a card when they buy one coffee, and everytime after that the person will swipe the card and it will keep track of how many coffees they have purchased in that month. The person that ends up with the most amount of coffees bought will get a month supply of free coffee on us. this will increase the brand image because a month worth of free coffee costs alot.

We will be sending some of our employees out in front of stores and malls, and they will give out free samples of our coffee to get the name out there, and if people like the coffee they will come in to the store to get some. We also will be handing out the coupons there as well. This will increase the brand image because, its getting out name out there and if people like the coffee they will tell other people.

I will come out with 2 new coupons, The first coupon being buy one coffee get the 2nd coffee free. The 2nd coupon is going to be buy any large coffee get a 20% off discount. These coupons will be displayed on our website for everyone to see and be printed off. It will increase the brand image because everyone loves coupons and saving money. It also will help get rid of the dirty dining brand image.
