    Last lesson we looked at various software development methodologies like RAPID and then looked at the PRINCE 2 methodology to gain knowledge on its principles, themes, processes and its pros and cons.

    Today we looked at ALEXOS and its role in project management and explained the benefits organizations can expect when using their services. We also started the first assignment and looked at Task 1 which is about Write an evaluation of three different projects and explaining what is involved in each stage along with discussing their pros and cons.
