    Founded in Ohio, the league quickly spread and became a national organization by 1895. Led by Wayne Wheeler, they would stand as the sole enforcers of the 18th amendment

    Eighteenth Admendment Passed

    Conceived by Wayne Wheeler, prohibition would become a national law, prohibiting the creation, distribution, and selling of alcoholic beverages.
