    December, 1829 President Jackson annouces his Indian removal proposal to the U.S. congress. In 1830, Congress passes the Indian Removal Act. The case Worcester v. Georgia went to before the Supreme Court. The court ruled in favor of Worcester. Essential telling that President he had no right to remove the Indians. Jackson blatanly ignores the Supreme Court.
