    Exposition 1
    Alex Rider recieves a call from MI6 reactivating him to the field. Since he dosen't want to go he prepares excuses.
  • Exposition 2

    Alex Rider goes to meet Mr. Crawley to explain why he doesn't want to return to the field. Mr. Crawley ignores him and calls down Mr. Smithers, a weapon specialist, who is able to lure Alex with the new weapons and makes him join MI6 again.
  • Rising Action

    Working undercover at the Point Blanc school Alex realized that something suspicious was happening. Five of the children were very similar. Their reactions were identical and their likes and dislikes were the same; however, the weirdist thing of all was that they wore the same clothes each day.

    As Alex goes upstairs and searches the third and fourth floors of the building, he realizes that all the floors in the building are identical. Everything that happens on the first and second floors happens on the third and fourth floors.

    Alex is captured and taken to the lab, where Dr. Gried tells him what he plans to do with him. He also tells him that every student in the school is just a clone of himself.
  • Climax

    Soldiers from MI6 helicoptered in to rescue Alex and kill Dr. Grief. MI6 was able to retrieve the real kids in the school who were locked up and then capture and destroy the clones of Dr. Grief.

    Alex returns to MI6 to ensure that everthing is okay now.

    Alex returns to his regular school to meet the principal who had called him to ask for a meeting.

    When the principal turns around to meet Alex, Alex sees a clone of himself. This is one of the clones of Dr. Grief! The clone attacks Alex with the gun saying, "I will avenge the death of my dad, Dr. Grief."

    Alex kills the clone and is able to relax and live safely again.

    "You are here, Alex, because you have disappointed your parents. You were expelled from school. You have had diffuculties with the police." (Horowitz 135) This quote shows that Alex gets in trouble a lot and he is naughty.

    "It'll probably come to nothing, " Blunt continued. "It's just something that needs looking into. What we call a search and report." "But why can't Crawley do it?" (Horowitz 51) This quote shows that Alex is a person who is somewhat lazy and who just wants to sit down and relax.

    "Hahaha, oh Alex you are so funny," said Fiona. (Horowitz 78) This quote obviously shows that Alex is funny.

    "Hands up kid, you're coming with me." "Not today, I'm not that type of person who gives up sp easily," says Alex. (Horowitz 81) This quote shows that Alex is not a quitter and he has faith and confidence in himself.
