    The Great War was an iconic moment in human history and forever will be. It was such a large part of the world because so many countries had allied together to try and help eachother to limit the amount and casulties and prove which country was the most powerful and dominant. There were over 37 million civillian and military casulties. 61,000 Australian soliders lost their lives and 152,000 were wounded. Said to be the war of all wars only to be proven wrong by world war two.

    The Spanish Flu was a virus that began in Spain, hence the name Spanish Flu. It first erupted in 1917 close to the end of the first wolrd war, but was disregared as the First World had taken the attention of the world. In a matter of years the Flu swept across the world killing an estimated 50-100 million people, aproximetly 3-5 per cent of the worlds population.

    The Russian Revolution was a series of revolutions in Russia in 1917 that led to the change in government for Russia which then led to the creation of the Russian SFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic).

The also changed the world in a huge cultural aspect because a larger amount of national and international news previsouly only avaible via newspaper. This also lead to new trends such as the increase in vehicles, fasion and way of living.

    The Depression had devastating economical effects in countries rich and poor casuing many issue within many countires. Personal income, taxes, profits and prices dropped, while international trade plunged by more than 50%. Unemployment in the U.S. rose to 25%, and in some countries rose as high as 33%.

    World War two had a devastating effect on the world, effects that we still even see today such as descrimination towards certain religions and certain people. One of the things that makes world war two such an interesting time was the fact that one nationalist (Adolf Hitler) changed one countries entire beleif and way of living in a matter of around 6-7 years! It wasnt just the vast amount of deaths the occured during this war (over 60 million people) it was the cruel barbaric it was carried out
