    Health Care tips: wash face every night, use good moisture after every shower, don't die your hair very often (it ruins it).
  • 30's decade health

    Physical: still go on runs, avoid greasy foods, no smoking, eat lean proteins, take naps

    Mental: Take bubble baths, talk to people about how I'm feeling, make time to do things I love
    Health care tips: use moisturizer, stretch every morning, do not smoke, wear sunscreen
  • 40's health maintenance

    Physical: eating 3 good meals a day, practicing yoga, making sure to take regular doctor check ups, eating healthy to avoid heart/body failure
    Mental: avoiding stress by being proactive and taking time to relax, getting enough sleep, taking time to yourself
    health tips: wear sunscreen, do not smoke or drink often, have a skin care routine, take care of your eyes/ears by going to the doctors
  • 50's decade health

    Physical: get 30-60 minutes of physical activity per day, eat nutritious foods, maintain a healthy weight, sleep enough
    Mental: accept who you are, take time to relax, try to reduce stress
    Health maintenance tips: see the doctor regularly, take vitamins, make an effort to stay social
  • 60's decade health

    Physical: try to get 30 minutes of exercise per day, notify your doctor if anything is odd or hurting, maintain a healthy weight, eat healthy meals that are high in calcium, protein, and vitamins
    Mental: take time to relax alone, read books, make an effort to leave the house or go outside everyday
    Tips: use moisturizer for your skin, wear sunscreen, NO SMOKING, drink moderately, and enjoy life as it comes your way!
