    This shows that McCartney stands up for what he believes in. Instead of being impetuous, McCartney thought this contract through and realized Klien wasnt a good fit for the band and would take advantage of their earnings. However, this could also show that McCartney is selfish for splitting up the band and only considering what he thought was the right decision. The other band members wanted Klien on the contract and McCartney didnt consider this when he sued Klien to end the contract.
