    Regarding to the First Sino Japanese war, Japan again launched an attack in Republic of China. Even though China was supplied by the other European countries, Japan captured the country. This marked the beggining of Japan's conquer of East Asia.

    Japanish Empire launched a suprise attack on the Pearl Harbor, which provoked US to actually join the WWII. This event serve as the turning point since Japan was responsible for US to enter the WWII which will be a huge casualty for the Germany and Italy.

    US proceeded to crush the occupying islands and countries Japan owned. After the victory of Midway, US showed confidence in defeting Japan, and most of them were Naval battles.

    US army decided to launch an attack in a large island of Okinawa inorder to invade Japan easier later on. This battle became the largest amphibious assault in the Pacific War, and the victory was actually the turning point,where US would be able to capture Japan much more easily.
  • Bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki

    Bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki
    The Japanese fought on even after the war in Europe ended. Truman decided to use the newly developed atomic bomb to end the war quickly and prevent more U.S. casualties. The Enola Gay dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, killing milions of casualties. Thus, Japan finally surrendered and WWII was officially ended.
