    On September 5, 1972, a Pakistinian group named Black September disrupted the Munich Olympics in Beruit to seize Isreali athletes. The reason of the attack was to negotiate a deal for the Pakistinian hostages held in Isreal. The result of this massacre totaled in seveneen deaths (11 Isreali, 6 policemen)

    United States Embassy Bombing in Beruit
    The April 18, 1983 United States embassy bombing was a suicide bombing in Beirut, Lebanon, that killed 93 people, mostly embassy and CIA staff members, several soldiers and one Marine. The organization responsible was Islamic Jihad whow as sponsored by Iran. They organized this attack in thought of marking the beginning of anti-U.S. attacks by Islamist groups.

    Korean Air Flight 858 was a scheduled international passenger flight between Baghdad, Iraq and Seoul, South Korea. The two agents, acting upon orders from the North Korean government, planted the device in an overhead storage bin before getting off from the aircraft during the first stop. Kim Hyon-Hui, acting on behalf of Kim Jong-Il and the North Korean government resulted in115 deaths.

    A Pan Am transatlantic flight from London Heathrow Airport to New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport that was destroyed by a bomb, killing all 243 passengers and 16 crew members. After investigation, two Libyian nationals were held responsible with murder warrants. Libyians claim Libyan leader had personally ordered the bombing and simply carried it out.

    In August, 1989, Islamic Jihad organized an in-flight bomb on a French UTA Passenger Jet over Chad where Iran was involved as state sponsor. The result of this attack ended with 171 deaths including members of Islamic Jihad and passengers on boards. Reasons for the attack were not mentioned.

    On February 26, 1993, a van loaded with explosives and cyanide parked in the garage of the WTC in NYC organized by members of Al Qaeda. The explosion collasped several floors, killing six people and injuring thousands. The reason for the attack was to collapse the entire WTC building to mark Islam's holy war on America.

    On February 25, 1994, Dr. Baruch entered the Ibrahim Mosque, located in the town of Hebron. He fired 111 shots with his automatic assault-rifile into a crowd of 800 Palestinian Muslim woreshippers . He killed 29 people and wounded 150.Goldstein acted during the Jewish festival of Purim, celebrating the biblical story of Mordechai destroying the enemies of the Jews.

An approximate 3,000 people including the hijackers were the death results. Reasons for attack were mentioned in Osama Bin Laden's "Letter to America" and it marked his declaration of holy war.

    During the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013, two pressure cooker bombs exploded at 2:49 pm EDT (18:49 UTC), killing 3 people and injuring an estimated 264 others. The suspects were identified later that day as Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev. According to FBI interrogators, Dzhokhar and his brother were motivated by extremist Islamic beliefs, and "were not connected to any known terrorist groups."
