    The Wagner Labor Relations Act was a "reform" which guaranteed workers the right to form unions and bargain collectively. This act was part of the Seconds New Deal.

    The Social Security act was a "reform" made by the government to provide welfare for the citizens. This was done by the requirement of workers and employers to contribute through a payroll tax to the Social Security trust fund. These funds would then provide monthly payments people who've retired (over 65), as well as to the long term disabled. This act was part of the Seconds New deal.
