There was a attack in US with about 2996 people killed. I chose this event because it is one of the most sacriest thing I could have imagined, if you can believe that about 20 terroist sneaked into jet airplanes and hijacked them, killed thousands of people then that would be amazing. -
Pennsylvania MIners Trapped.
Nine Miners were trapped in Pennsylvania for 77 hours. I find this stunning because I wouldn't be able to be trapped in my own room for more than 1 hour without much to do, but this is a much scarier event because I always found Mining a tough job and these people and he courage to become Miners and i'm pretty sure that they new this could have happened and it did but they didn't show as much fear as people that were not even trapped. -
SARS Outbreak
The outbreak of SARS spreaded across the world. It was scary espicially for my parents because they were afraid of me (when I was only 2 years old) to catch this flu. -
Deadliest Tsunami Ever?
On 26th December 2004, there was a huge tsunami is the Indian Ocean and was said to be one of the most deadliest tsunami in about 600 years. I chose this peice of news because it killed about 230, 000 people. I couldn't believe that that many people could be killed from one thing when I was that young. -
Hurricane Katrina
More than half of New Orleans was covered from the flood caused by Hurricane Katrina. Hong Kong never has these type of things so I was devastated when I new that other people were affecte and I was safe, so it's sad when your only 5 and ad you see other people get hurt but you aren't. -
Noah's Ark Discovered?
It was said that in Iran they might have discovered they thought they seen Noah's Ark. They claimed they saw something like a rock formation. It was important to me because I am a christian so this really made me feel closer to God. -

On that day, Steve Jobs unveiled the most popular iPhone. I love the iPhone and so this day was memorable because without that day, iPhone 4, 4s or 5 wouldn't be here. -
Sichuan Earthquake
A 7.9 earthquake occured in Sichuan killing at least 10 000 people. This was probably the most deadliest thing I've ever when I was that age. I was really scared because when I watched it I couldn't believe the people under buildings, dripping blood and all the kids dead. -
H1N1
Another major flu that happened was H1N1 that probably affected more than 1 000 people. I never caught the flu but probably in 2011 or 2012, I actually caught a small version of H1N1, I was a bit frightned but that fact but I was okay and then I thought of the past H1N1, and the people affected and I was really shocked by how I didn't care but after I thought about it and I really wasn't happy with myself. -
Hati Earthquake
A 12 magnitude hit Hati, estimated killing 230 000, and injuring 300 000 poeple. I've already seen people dying but I still was devastated. -
Norway Shooting
There was a shooting killing at least 85 people and many injured. This was important because this person really didn't have any reasons of shooting people so I thought of it being really stupid. And my family was in Denmark and I was scared of it might hit us. -
I started Secondary School
I begin a new year in a new school and I'm no longer a primary girl but I am a new (and improved) secondary school girl. I hope I can have a fresh new start, and be better in my subjects.
