In kinder I was exposed to English for the first time.

I only took a 50 minute class of English everyday. I was too shy to participate. Nevertheless I always had good grades.

English class was an hour…mostly reading and I loved that.

English classes were also 60 min here it was more interesting and the teachers were great.

I moved to Florida so obviously I practice English more often as a daily routine.

I went to live in St Thomas US Virgin Islands for a year and half…Practice English daily. I had the opportunity to speak to many people from different countries in English. There I learned that the purpose is to communicate… not everyone speaks perfect English.

By this time I returned to PR and finished my BA in Elementary Teaching.

I was hired in a private school teaching all the subjects in English…a lot of work but very satisfying…parents are very helpful.

I finish my Master in Curriculum and Education.

This year I was assigned to teach first grade Math and Science in English.

I am back to the University to obtain a Bilingual Certification.
