Michelongelo started an appenticeship at 13 with Domenico Ghirlandio, a famous painter. this was Michelongelos first really start to art other than small drawing he had done. The appenticeship broke after a year.

While working on it he wrote "I find i have lost all my youth dound to this tomb". Though a figth about founds have Michelongelo leave Florence. The tomb was one of the frist large scale works were Michelongelo had to work with other artist.
