    Michael Fred Phelps II (June 30, 1985) competition swimmer. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. His mother, Debbie, was a teacher, and his father Fred, was a policeman. From an early age he was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
