    Plessy v. Ferguson
    In 1892 a 30 year old men by the name Homer Plessy was jailed for sitting in the "white" car of the east Louisiana Railroad. The Plessy decision set the precedent that separate facilities for blacks and whites were constitutional as long as they were equal. And i believe both individuals black and white were impacted because now no one are treated equal. Which states in the 14th Amendment that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, which included former slaves recently freed.
  • Brown v. the Board of Education, Topeka

    Brown v. the Board of Education, Topeka
    In 1954 the Supreme Court decisions of the 20th century, were they unanimously held that the racial segregation of children in public schools.Which violated the 14th Amendment.The decision held that racial segregation of children in public schools violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, which states that "no state shall make or enforce any law which shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." which impacted everyone.

    Title IV "is a term that refers to federal financial aid funds. Federal regulations state that any federal funds disbursed to a student's account in excess of allowable charges must be delivered to the student." in that case all students were impacted in a good way because the tax money was being used to help pay for school.
  • Education of all Handicapped Children Act

    Education of all Handicapped Children Act
    "This act required all public schools accepting federal funds to provide equal access to education and one free meal a day for children with physical and mental disabilities. Public schools were required to evaluate handicapped children and create an educational plan with parent input that would emulate as closely as possible the educational experience of non-disabled students." Which affected the parents the most to know that their children can receive a education.

    In 1982 "the Supreme Court issued a landmark decision holding that states cannot constitutionally deny students a free public education on account of their immigration status." which impacted everyone in the same way because everyone have different beliefs.
