Mahatma Gandhi was born in Porbandar, Kathiawar, India. Which then was part of the British empire.

Mahatma announced about the Reisistance and thats it the end of the movement. The British were not happy, so british officers came and arrested Mahatma and was sentenced in prison for 6 years.

I only know the year for this one. I could not find futher reasearch for an exact date. But, in this year, Mahatma AGAIN called of the resistance and set a congress party. (I just put January 1 since I did not know.)

Mahatma died in 1948. He died in New Delhi, India. He was assassinated. He died at the age of 79.
