I only know the year for this one. I could not find futher reasearch for an exact date. But, in this year, Mahatma AGAIN called of the resistance and set a congress party. (I just put January 1 since I did not know.)

Mahatma died in 1948. He died in New Delhi, India. He was assassinated. He died at the age of 79.
