d. The crisis is on confidence gained by showcasing a learned skill. A child in this stage gains more confidence from praise and encouragement in his/her accomplishments. -

b. James now aged 15, and in secondary school gets mixed up with a group of bad boys. he is influenced into truancy and and alcohol because he also wants to look cool and be accepted by his peers by deviating from his child learnt principles. Deep down he feels empty. He has to quit the bad behavior despite risking being an outcast.
c.Identity crisis is a problem at this stage. Realizing that one needs to embrace his true principles makes adolescence assertive again. -
a.January 1, 2009.
b. James now 24 is graduating from Law school and he could never have made his parents more proud. He appreciates his parents whom he thought were hard on him.His parents had taught him to be true to one self and embrace things one cannot change to find peace in life.
c.In Erikson's eighth stage of integrity versus despair
d. The crisis is on appreciating own's achievements and celebrate them despite challenges one faced.
